Shipping & Handling

OliviaR is happy to offer complimentary two-day shipping on all domestic orders and free shipping on all international orders.

If you need your order sooner, overnight shipping is available upon request.  Please reach out to orders@oliviar.com

All OliviaR jewelry is shipped via FedEx from our studio in Los Angeles. Though we use two day priority shipping, please allow 2-3 business days for your pieces to arrive.

International taxes and VAT not included. Customers will be responsible for paying any international fees or duties upon receipt of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

OliviaR is happy to offer a 14-day window from the date of delivery for exchange, replacement, or refund. For returns and exchanges, we can only accept pieces that are in new condition. We are unable to process your return request until we have received your pieces back. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Customized or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Jewelry Care

  • All OliviaR pieces are crafted with high-quality diamonds set in 14-karat gold.

  • Using a soft, dry jewlery or microfiber cloth, careful remove any tarnish or debris that may collect as your jewelry ages. If additional cleaning should be required, use only a jewelry cleaning solution or warm warm with a gentle dish detergent. Gently clean away any debris or tarnish with a soft bristled brush. Do not immerse your jewelry directly in water for long periods of time. Use a soft microfiber or jewlery cloth to dry.

  • Each piece of in the OliviaR collection comes with a sturdy, reusable jewelry box for your convenience.  Before storing, wipe down each piece with a soft, dry cloth.
